We provide service to most of Escambia County; Pensacola, Warrington, Ensley, Cantonment, Gulf Breeze; and in Alabama to Lillian, Elberta, Foley, and Robertsdale.

Service Call Policy.

  1. The normal service call ($75) area is: South of Nine Mile Road, West of Scenic Hwy, and East of Bauer Rd. (pronounced bow-er). The extended service call ($90) area covers an additional 10 miles past the above mentioned boundaries. Areas of additional service include Cantonment, Elberta, Gulf Breeze, and Lillian Alabama.  The remote service call area is greater than 20 miles from the shop, chargeable at $95 for the first twenty miles, and $2 per mile past that. We need detailed instructions to insure an accurate, direct route to the location.
  2. The service call charge includes a maximum of two trips to the service location, such as pick up and delivery.
  3. Service Call charges are in addition to repair labor, and not considered part of the repair. Service Call charges are not refundable, as a trip can not be un-made. Neither are they covered under a repair warranty.
  4. Service call charges and repair estimate charges ($100 for flat panel sets such as LCD or Plasma direct-view sets, and $50 for direct view or projection TVs) are payable at the time the technician arrives. These fees are non-refundable.
  5. We carry many parts, and test equipment, and stand a good chance of repairing the unit in the home on the first trip.  If we have the model number before we head out we have a greater chance of repairing the unit.
  6. If we do not have the part or parts on hand, and have to order a part, NORMAL POLICY is to bring the unit back to the shop, complete the repair in the shop, and return the repaired item to the customer, a total of two trips.
  7. Warranty on in-home repairs is 30 days.  Warranty on in-shop repairs is 90 days.
  8. IF the customer insists that the unit not leave the house, the service charge will be applied again, payable at that time and will cover a maximum of two additional trips.  Many times, when a defective part is located, it must be replaced before troubleshooting or repair can continue. That means that when a part is replaced the next defective part may be found, and it too, might have to be ordered.  This is why repair is always more timely in the shop.
  9. If the repair is completed on the following trip, then the extra service call charge will be applied to and considered as part of the repair labor.
